Reduced cooling or heating output: This often points to low refrigerant levels, a dirty evaporator coil, or a failing compressor. We perform a full system diagnostic to pinpoint the exact cause before recommending repairs.

Water leaking from the indoor unit: Usually caused by a clogged condensate drain line or a frozen evaporator coil. We clear the blockage, check for proper drainage slope, and inspect the coil for airflow issues.

Unusual noises: Clicking, buzzing, or rattling sounds can indicate a loose fan blade, failing motor bearing, or electrical relay issue. Early diagnosis prevents more costly damage down the road.
